Who We’re Looking For

Redhype is looking for a full-time, on-site Account Coordinator to help support the coordination of projects for the client and agency. The ideal candidate has a passion for advertising, is organized with experience in project management and of course, is a team player who can efficiently work with all types of employees. You will be responsible for working closely with the internal agency team and clients on digital & traditional creative projects. You’ll work closely with the President and Marketing Director to coordinate with the agency resources in alignment with milestones and contractual agreements.

  • Assist with client proposals, marketing plans and presentations
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives with client
  • Create timelines within our software, set up project specifications, manage time and bandwidth of resources and employees
  • Set targets for milestones and adhere to deadlines
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to clients about strategy, adjustments, analytics and progress
  • Communicating with directors and president to keep the project aligned with client’s goals
  • Quickly and accurately relays client changes and/or information to all appropriate agency personnel
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
  • Gains and maintains a thorough understanding of the strategy, creative, and development processes
  • Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or scope changes occur
  • Prepare and track budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Setup and meet with clients to understand their project goals and requirements and project timelines
  • Double-check all project deliverables for accuracy

Required Experience:

  • Previous work experience in an agency or communications field working in a project management and/or account management role preferred.
  • Proficient computer software skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive

  • 5 days flex PTO after 3 months of employment
  • Additional 7 days flex PTO after 9 months of employment (total 12 days annually)

  • Full time: Monday-Thursday (8AM – 5:30PM) primary work week with casual ½ day Fridays (9AM – 1PM) and 1 company mandated paid Friday off per month
