Who We’re Looking For We are looking for a full-time, on-site Account Coordinator to help support the coordination of projects for the client and agency. The ideal candidate has a passion for advertising, is extremely organized with experience in project management and of course, is a team player who can efficiently work with all types of employees.  You will be responsible for working closely with the internal agency team and clients on digital marketing, traditional marketing, media buying, and creative projects. You’ll work closely with the President and Marketing Director to coordinate with the agency resources in alignment with milestones and contractual agreements. Behaviors and Values:

  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to clients about strategy, adjustments, analytics and progress
  • Communicating with directors and president to keep the project aligned with client’s goals
  • Quickly and accurately relays client changes and/or information to all appropriate agency personnel
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
  • Gains and maintains a thorough understanding of the strategy, creative, and development processes
  • Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or scope changes occur
  • Prepare and track budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Setup and meet with clients to understand their project goals and requirements and project timelines
  • Double-check all project deliverables for accuracy
  • Assist with media buying and planning
  • General office management
Required Experience:
  • 2 years of previous work experience in an agency or communications field working in a project management and/or account management role
  • Proficient computer software skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive
Preferred Experience:
  • Previous experience with media buying for traditional advertising, such as billboards and other outdoor channels

  • $22/hour
  • 5 days flex PTO after 3 months of employment
  • Additional 7 days flex PTO after 9 months of employment (total 12 days annually)

  • Full time: Monday-Thursday (8AM – 5:30PM) primary work week with casual ½ day Fridays (9AM – 1PM) and 1 company mandated paid Friday off per month
