Brand and Marketing Director

Overview

RCMA is seeking a strategic, confident, and execution-driven Brand and Marketing Director to lead high-level marketing initiatives across a diverse client portfolio. This is an in-office position based at our headquarters in Greenville, SC.

This is not a maintenance role. It is a leadership seat.

As a boutique agency, you will have a front-row position in shaping brands, influencing business outcomes, and driving real growth for both our clients and our company. You will be trusted to think critically, lead conversations with C-level executives, and translate strategy into measurable performance.

You will own the intersection of brand and marketing, from audits and positioning to digital execution and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead brand strategy development, including positioning and go-to-market planning
  • Conduct brand audits and present actionable recommendations
  • Oversee digital advertising campaigns including Google Ads
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize results
  • Lead client meetings and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Support B2B and select B2C clients
  • Utilize AI and LLM tools in marketing strategy

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of marketing experience
  • Strong Google Ads and digital advertising experience
  • Ability to run analytics and analyze data
  • Experience with B2B and B2C marketing
  • Confident communicator
  • Working knowledge of AI and LLM tools
