Overview
RCMA is seeking a strategic, confident, and execution-driven Brand and Marketing Director to lead high-level marketing initiatives across a diverse client portfolio. This is an in-office position based at our headquarters in Greenville, SC.
This is not a maintenance role. It is a leadership seat.
As a boutique agency, you will have a front-row position in shaping brands, influencing business outcomes, and driving real growth for both our clients and our company. You will be trusted to think critically, lead conversations with C-level executives, and translate strategy into measurable performance.
You will own the intersection of brand and marketing, from audits and positioning to digital execution and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand strategy development, including positioning and go-to-market planning
- Conduct brand audits and present actionable recommendations
- Oversee digital advertising campaigns including Google Ads
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize results
- Lead client meetings and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Support B2B and select B2C clients
- Utilize AI and LLM tools in marketing strategy
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of marketing experience
- Strong Google Ads and digital advertising experience
- Ability to run analytics and analyze data
- Experience with B2B and B2C marketing
- Confident communicator
- Working knowledge of AI and LLM tools
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $75k+ annually
