Kenmore is a historical brand that needs no introduction. They’ve produced some of the most popular home appliances for over 100 years. What you may not know is that they also make vacuums that are equally as impressive. We’ve had the privilege of working with their sister brands Vacmaster and Lawnmaster, so when Kenmore approached us about creating a website for Kenmore Floor Care, of course we said yes.

Lack Of eCommerce Presence

The main problem for Kenmore Floor Care was the lack of a website. Due to the nature of their business, eCommerce functionality was a must. In addition to websites, they needed help with several product launches, specifically in the area of video production. The products needed videos to fully convey value to potential customers.

Kenmore needed a website specifically for their vacuums. During our partnership, we produced product videos, web design/development, and eCommerce solutions that brought Kenmore Floor Care up to date with product launches and established a web presence. To further support the launch of products, we created 10+ videos for a product showcase. The products were shown in their full glory using 3D animation and slick graphics. Each product was clearly shown with all of their unique features. Never before have we wanted a vacuum so badly.

The results were simple yet paramount. Kenmore Floor Care now has an established web presence that is user-friendly and modern. The website gives them the ability to sell their products online. The product videos helped the products sell themselves by showing what they can do and making them look better than ever.

 

Picking Up Speed, Or Dirt

A great website and stunning videos are great, but we wanted more traffic and sales. Enter: digital advertising. We created ads on several different channels for different purposes, including social media, Google search, Google display, YouTube, and Spotify. These efforts across Google, Facebook, and Spotify increased Kenmore Floor Care’s website traffic by over 150%, and generated over 14 million impressions, 119,000 clicks, and 3,000 conversion actions. Oh, and all of that happened in just 3 months. We have ourselves a winner, folks!
